Terms of Service

1. Overview

The Minis provides fantasy football mini-games built on data from the unofficial Fantasy Premier League API. These are single-pick, short-form contests where players select a Premier League team each gameweek and compete to outlast their opponents.

The Minis is not a gambling platform and does not offer real-money pools or cash prizes. Contests are played for fun and bragging rights only.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or circumvent rules.
• • Exploit bugs, use automation, or employ any method to cheat or manipulate contest outcomes.
• • Harass, abuse, or engage in abusive conduct toward other players or The Minis staff.
• • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse The Minis service.

4. Scoring and FPL Data Dependency

Contest scores are derived from the unofficial Fantasy Premier League API and Premier League fixture results. Scoring may be delayed while gameweeks complete. Scores may be corrected if errors in the FPL data are discovered and retroactively fixed.

The Minis makes no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of FPL data and is not liable for scoring delays or corrections.

5. Service "As Is"

The Minis is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or reliability. We make no guarantees that the service will be available at any given time, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance or shut down services without notice.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in cheating, abuse, or any conduct we deem harmful to the service or community.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of The Minis constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
